Welcome to Unstuck Global (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, programs, digital products, and services—including www.unstuckglobal.com, The Executive Power Reset™, Unstuck Switch™, Executive Recalibration™, and any related coaching or AI-based tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By using them, you represent that:
  • You are legally capable of entering into this agreement,
  • You are using our Services for lawful purposes, and
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Our Services
Unstuck Global provides educational, transformational, and strategic consulting experiences. These include:
  • Digital products and courses (e.g., Unstuck Switch™),
  • Live coaching and diagnostic sessions (e.g., The Executive Power Reset™),
  • AI-powered tools and interactive modules, and
  • Related membership or community access.
Our Services are for personal and professional development only. They do not constitute therapy, medical advice, or financial/legal consulting.
3. Payment Terms
A. Purchases
All purchases (including digital programs, sessions, and subscriptions) must be paid in full at checkout through our authorized payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Kajabi Pay, or PayPal).
B. Credits and Promotions
If a session includes a credit (e.g., the $99 Executive Power Reset™ credit toward a higher-tier offer), it must be redeemed within 90 days of the original purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
C. Refunds
Our default policy: All sales are final.
However, some products include specific guarantees:
  • The Executive Power Reset™ is backed by The Power Guarantee™:
    If you don’t leave your session feeling clearer, calmer, and more in control, you may request:
    1. A free second Reset, or
    2. A full refund (within 7 days of your session).

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling
  • All booked sessions (via Kajabi or Calendly) must be attended at their scheduled time.
  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may forfeit the session without refund.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and frameworks—such as The Power Conflict Diagnostic™, Executive Comeback Plan™, Quantum Compression Sequences™, and The R.I.C.H. Method / Unstuck Frameworks™—are the exclusive property of Unstuck Global.
You may not:
  • Copy, modify, or distribute any materials,
  • Record or share private sessions,
  • Create derivative works, or
  • Use our materials for commercial or competitive purposes.
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
6. Use of AI Tools and Digital Platforms
Some programs (e.g., Unstuck Switch™ or AI diagnostic tools) integrate artificial intelligence for enhanced experiences.
By using these tools, you consent to the following:
  • You understand that AI outputs are educational and advisory, not diagnostic or therapeutic.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
  • You agree not to misuse or manipulate these systems for unethical purposes.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy matters.
By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We never sell your data and comply with major data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
While we aim to deliver transformative results, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, revenue, or performance improvements.
Results vary depending on individual effort, timing, and context.
You acknowledge that:
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and results,
  • Our programs are not substitutes for therapy, legal, or medical care, and
  • Success stories or testimonials represent individual experiences, not universal guarantees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unstuck Global and its affiliates, officers, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Loss of income, business, or data,
  • Emotional or psychological outcomes from participation.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for violation of these Terms,
  • Refuse future access to our Services if misuse or abuse occurs, and
  • Modify or discontinue any product, feature, or session offering.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Fairfax County, Virginia, through binding arbitration or small claims court.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
