We are committed to providing transformative experiences and real results through our products, coaching sessions, and digital programs.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are offered.


1. General Policy

All purchases made through Unstuck Global, including The Executive Power Reset™, Unstuck Switch™, and related products or memberships, are considered final due to the immediate access to intellectual property, digital tools, and proprietary frameworks provided upon purchase.

However, we stand by the quality and integrity of every experience.
For that reason, certain programs include a satisfaction guarantee outlined below.


2. The Executive Power Reset™ — Power Guarantee™

We want you to leave your Reset session feeling clear, calm, and back in control.

If you complete your Executive Power Reset™ and do not feel a tangible improvement in clarity, confidence, or composure, you qualify for The Power Guarantee™:

You may choose one of the following within 7 days of your session:

  1. A free second Reset session, or

  2. A full refund of your $99 investment.

To request a refund or second session, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Power Guarantee Request.”
Please include your name, session date, and a brief note about your experience so we can continuously improve.


3. Digital Products (e.g., Unstuck Switch™)

Because digital programs and AI tools grant instant access to proprietary materials, no refunds are issued once access is delivered.

Exceptions may be made only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product, or

  • Technical access failure that prevents product delivery (verified by our support team).

If either occurs, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for resolution.


4. Higher-Tier Programs (e.g., Executive Recalibration™, Executive Identity Reset™)

Due to the intensive nature of these programs and the allocation of live consulting time, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

However, we may at our discretion:

  • Offer a one-time transfer of credit to a future cohort or private sprint, or

  • Apply funds toward another Unstuck Global experience if approved in writing.


5. Rescheduling and No-Shows

  • You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the session without refund.

  • If an emergency occurs, contact us immediately—we’ll review each case with fairness.


6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
